I used to work at a bank and a guy came in and robbed us. He got away with it. But a few days later he committed suicide. That sucks for him, of course. But I kept feeling insecure knowing he was out there and he knew what i looked like. But i didnt know what he looked like. So i really wanted him to be sent away.

Yes,I was robbed at the grocery store years ago.I had my pocket book in the cart with it opened. You know,to get to my coupons faster. And when I got to the check out,my wallet was gone.I felt like a fool for leaving it open for anyone to steal it.
From that day on,I always held on to my pocket book like a tick on a hound..

Yes, When I was 7 months pregnant with my son. There was a lady who was flipping out on drugs and I walked passed by her. She tried to accuse me of calling her a name when I didn't even open my mouth. Lucky for me a lady saw what was happening and walked up to her who knew the lady told her to leave me alone because I didn't say anything. I felt so scared I ran into my apartment and locked the door. I learned something from it though not to ever walk pass someone who is acting strange.

I'll tell you the whole story.
when I was 13, it was summer and my mom had to go to work.
Then I was watching television, I started to hear knocks at my door.
My mom said everytime she walked out the door dont open the door unless you hear my voice.
Then the knocked turned into BANGS.
I called my mom told her to get here fast, she sent my uncle and told my dad and he RAN here.
Then they finally get inside,I was totally quite then they tryied getting into my moms room for jewelry.
I was hiding behind my bed, I saw them I SCREAMED and they looked at me as if i was a pitbull and they ran off scared.
i thought that was ironic.
Well i ran to my neighbors house and she was there waitng for me and the neighbors daughter chaswed after them.
the cops came and the were sentenced to 10 years in prison.
I said thank god
they were gonna rob us

One time in particular stands out in my mind. I had a man threaten me on the street when I told him to go **** himself after her propositioned me for sex. I was on my way to a funeral and was not in the mood for that kind of garbage. He came at me, I hit him in the face with my umbrella hard enough that he rethought his actions and took off. I was mad at first and then I just felt...soiled. I got kind of depressed about it actually, and wouldn't go outside because I was afraid I would see him. It took me a couple days to get over.

My home was broken into twice. It's a terrible feeling. Every time you hear a noise you wonder. We put up motion detectors, and have security alarms. At first no one slept well. Plus, we have a .357, and a .22. ~~~~
