Does anyone see the ironic sadness in a unmarried lesbian couple having a BOY?
What are they going to say to him when he asks how come
he doesn't have a daddy who loves him?

I worry more about how to explain his grand father then to worry about him having two mom's. Can you imagine trying to explain Dead Eye Dick Cheney to anybody. Poor kid. .

my question is to you this;
Why did you emphasize republican and gay, as descriptors? She is his daughter first she was long before she became open about her homosexuality and likely well before she registered as a republican if she in fact did so.

and 'unmarried' gee seeing as gay marriage/unions are not yet fully recognized most same sex couples are un-married(or would it be unionized?).

I am not well versed in the gay community, but in my limited exposure, most couples, male and female have 'traditionally' masculine and feminine members.

also if you ever saw the Mind of Mencia Picture of Dick's 'bulge' you'd know he's more than man enough to provide a male role model to his grandson.

I've said before, I think the 'gay marriage' dust up is too much about semantics. and to those who have to bring up the Bible, do I have to point out that as much as its the 'word of GOD' its been through 4000 years of editorial/translation by man, especially Leviticus which is the oft cited source of "Man shalt not lay with man as he does with woman.", I can only quote that because you idiots always cite it, but the last time I read the Bible I seem to recall that Abel married his sister,and Lot nailed his daughters, and I wasn't supposed to eat pork, so any of you all who are cooking a Ham for easter well you'll be in hell right next to all the 'homos' you feel so good about bashing.

Their sex life does not include you so why should you care who it does? and if it includes you, then you have bigger issues.

does anyone see the ironic sadness in this guy assuming that his married at seventeen low-wage unsophisticated uneducated narrow-minded nascar sixpack jerry springer convenience store scratch off ticket subculture applies to all americans merely because he's never had any inclination to escape it?

I have little doubt that what Cheney's and so many other politicians' public endorsements or condemnations bear little resemblance to their personal beliefs and feelings.

The way I see it, that little boy will grow up to believe that EVERYBODY doesn't have a Daddy who loves them. I am TOTALLY against homosexuality - it is evil and it is condemned by the Bible. Why is it that people can't see that? When the Bible says it is an abomination then that is what it is!

At least Cheney isn't mad about her daughter being lesbian.

He supports her.
