Well, you have to remember that sec X = 1/cos X
So, 1/sec X = 1/ (1/cos X) = cos X

So basically, you have an equation that's saying:
cos X = cos X

Which means that any X will work.

cosx = 1 / secx

secx = 1 / cosx
