The cheapest i have seen was only $5.99 but they usually run about $12.99 to $20.00 but if you want something like Python they can go for as much as $60.00

A simple cheap you can get at wal-mart for probebly less then $10 or you could spend as much as $50 for a good 50' drain and fill gravel cleaner kit

Our walmart sells them for $5.00 However they can run over $ 75 depending on what you are looking for. Local Fish store usually around $7 for an inexpensive one. Unless you are spending 50, 60 or more, they are all pretty much the same and work the same.

It depends on the size and features you want. Small, basic ones start around $4 (http://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/group/22986/product.web ) .
You can get larger ones with 25' or 50' of hose that connect to a sink (if you have the right kind of fitting) that use running water to create a siphon, then flip a lever and it fills your tank right from the tap (no more buckets!) for $25/$40 (http://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/group/10554/product.web ).
And lots in between.
