Click on Start.
Open Control panel
Open Regional and Language
Under Regional Options, select English for Standard and Formats and Location
Then click on Advanced tab
Select English for Language for non-Unicode Programs

Go to Control Panel and Regional and language options and change it from advanced tab into English united states.
