You are obviously very young. The legal problems you would start for yourself are beyond your abilities to handle. There are the financial and legal issues. You may think that you can do what ever you want to on your property, but that is not the case. There are many things you either can;t do, or can only do if the county, zoning commission, ...etc. allow it. The liability insurance you would have to have would be very expensive. One of the reasons that the martial arts have become little more than a babysitting service (with belts), is the insurance required. Insurance companies that insure martial arts, for the most part, do not allow contact, much less hard contact, chokes, ....etc. They also require that students wear all the crappy protective gear to even pretend to really fight. If a school is found to violate that, their insurance is canceled immediately. If you are thinking fo release forms, plan to have several high priced lawyers to defend you when someone is injured. Release forms will not hold up in court. Just ask any lawyer. Even the best wording on a release form by a lawyer, is only good if you get someone to sign it AFTER the person is injured. Buss companies used to carry release forms. If the buss was in an accident, and the Buss turned over, the joke was that the Buss Driver was to get the forms out and start having the passengers sign release forms before the Buss finished its first roll....... And understand that the companies that do have full contact fights all have millions of dollars. they have to have lots of money to even get something like that up and running. you stand no chance of doing anything but getting yourself in a world of trouble. so if you still plan to do this, just remember that you have been warned. forget the idea. ...

Fighting...you know, it kinda sexy cool, til it gets bloody, then it's just damn gross. Funny how blood smells like raw eggs! Yuck! Why don't you put your energies toward opening a boys and girls club? It would be more fulfilling and is definitely needed!
