You need to check for proper float level and condition of needle and seat above float, if those adjusted correctly main jet needle may not be entered in jet, but engine would rev. immediately upon startup, recheck float level adjustment

Sounds like you left the gas on and some drained into the case. That will cause it to "flood" when you try to start it. If there is a drain plug on the bottom of the case remove it and let it drain. I have turned bikes upside down to drain gas from the case. The float valve in the carb is not reliable to stop the gas when the bike sits for long periods of time. Need to remember to shut the inline valve off.

Check the compression. If the cylinder and piston & rings are worn, the fuel wouldn't get compressed. It would then blow past the rings and back down to the bottom of the crankcase. Then there would be twice as much fuel on the next compression stroke.

YOU CLEANED THE CARB A BUNCH OF TIMES. ONCE SHOULD BE ENOUGH. HAHAHA. JUST MESSING WITH YOU. SERIOUSLY DID YOU TRY CHANGING THE SPARK PLUG. EVEN IF IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S FIRING IT MAY NOT BE FIRING UNDER COMPRESSION. IF IT'S FLOODING OUT IT IS PROBABLY IGNITION RELATED(SPARK PLUG) GOOD LUCK

your float has a thin piece of metal inbetween that probably has been bent out of wack try bending it up towards the jet this should do it,if not you may have to put a smaller main jet in
