FDR...Both Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Delano Roosevelt were great presidents, but FDR was delivered the results of 12 years of Republican control of Congress and the White House. It resulted in the Great Depression of 1929 under President Herbert Hoover. Roosevelt enacted some very socialistic programs, one of them being Social Security, and he put people who were starving and on the streets, homeless, to work for the Government. He built roads, dams and numerous public facilities in order to keep them employed. He called his program "The New Deal."
Her reluctantly entered WWII, because our ships were being attacked by German subs, and under his great leadership, we and the Allies... France, Great Britain, and the Soviet Union, won the war.

Unquestionably F.D.R. Teddy would be a very close second place.
F.D.R. has to take first place for his brilliant solution to the Depression, his leadership during a war he did not start but eventually won, and his creation of the TVA and Social Security - which has kept millions of senior citizens from starving in retirement.
Teddy was a good man who administered very well and started things like the National Parks and other environmental programs to SAVE our nation's resources, not exploit them to the detriment of all and for the enrichment of a few.

Of the three listed, Roosevelt did the least amount of damage.
Woodrow Wilson not only led the U.S. into World War I (a war that ultimately led to Hitler coming into power, and World War II), but he is also responsible for unleashing the Federal Reserve on the citizens, and also for the federal income tax.
FDR not only gave us some of the worst Supreme Court appointments (which ultimately led to the Warren Court's outrageous decisions. Warren himself was appointed later, by Eisenhower), but grossly inflated the size and scope of the U.S. government.

Teddy Roosevelt.
He was a true conservative.
He conserved the constitution
He conserved the environment and can be credited for the beginnings of Environmental conservation in the U.S.
He fought against tyranny.
He built a strong navy.
He established American might world wide.
He even prevented wars; and if the Nobel Peace Prize has any value at all, other than an endorsement for the international socialist movement, he should have received it.
