I like the Mary Kay pencil version; the Rimmel pencil version is a good cheap one (I was pleasantly surprised); and the L'Oreal felt-tip liner pen is the best for both applying smoothly and staying on (the only reason I don't use this one all the time is that I think it only comes in black and brown, and sometimes I need more variety!)

Avon. I have used there no smudge liner for yrs. It cost about 5 bucks but lasts a long time. It's called glimmersticks

i love physicians formula FLAT eyeliner
it goes on very smooth but he shape take a little getting usedto but it works really well and doesn't iritate like pencil does and never needs to be sharpened
