worst- American Idol (it really sucks these days) or Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader (its so fake)
best- probably a show like Lost or 24 or Desperate Housewives (although it hasn't been really good lately)

The worst on tv is the TV Guide channel. I watch so little tv, I don't have worst show. The best is either Monk or 24...

I hate Martha Stewart's cooking shows-or any of them boring cooking shows. an ex-gf wanted to stay home on the weekend & watch them cooking shows when I wanted to go out! I don't have a favorite t.v. show.
