I've been accepted to Oklahoma State University, University Of Oklahoma, and University Of Texas at Austin.

The university of Oklahoma is far superior to Oklahoma State University.
But UT-Austin is one of the best public universities in the country, and is far superior to the University of Oklahoma.
US News ranks Texas as a top tier university (at #47 in the US). University of Oklahoma is a second tier university (at #112). Oklahoma State is a third tier university.
Please go to Texas.

I think any of the university-based online high schools you have mentioned fit the bill. They would likely look good on a college application. As for Laurel Springs School, it is one of the top online high schools in the country. They have a sub-specialty of being the online high school for the stars (in a sense). They have had many, many actors, athletes, dancers, etc. graduate from their school.

ou would be a good school to go to. i have a step uncle who went to ou (university of oklahoma) he said that was a good college.
