Sure I would! I have gone barefoot for the past ten years, summer and winter, in town and country, at home and at work, literally everywhere. There's nothing wrong with going barefoot, so why would I care when people see I'm barefoot...
Btw, in spite of persistent myths in the US, there are no health laws requiring shoes in stores or restaurants, insurance companies don't require or even recommend footwear for customers, and it's not against the law to drive barefoot. :-)

I do it all the time. I love being barefoot. We have a little store down the road, and I have to walk there often because I don't have a vehicle. I take all the kids with me and I always go barefoot. I don't like shoes unless it is necessary. Some stores have the "no shoes no service" policy, but they are very laid back at this one. I've been this way since a kid. I used to live in El Paso Texas, and it's pretty much all desert. I'd be walking barefoot through the sand, and there were stickers and burrs all through it, but they didn't bother me. Your feet get tolerant to it after a while. Being barefoot is very enjoyable.

I go barefoot all the time. I wouldn't walk down a street barefoot if it was full of broken glass or something but otherwise I'd think nothing of it. The T-shirt and cutoffs I'm not so sure about, though, as I'm not fond of either of those items of clothing.

I grew up in the country so walking barefoot down the road was pretty common. Of course they were also dirt roads. I love being barefoot. I feel funny always having to wear shoes. However now I live out west and in the city. So there is no way I would go barefoot down the street now. Man I miss it.

I do it all the time. I am a full time barefooter. I never wear shoes. what a wonderfull thing to go about your daily life free from confining, stinkey shoes. My feet have never felt stronger or healthier as a result. I love being barefoot and encourage anyone who wishes, to shed the shoes and go barefoot. FYI - no laws or health departments have any problem with shoping, dining, or driving barefoot.

I lotion my feet every morning when I get out of the shower and consequently my feet are very soft on the bottom. Therefore, I feel even the smallest pebble.
However, I would love to walk around barefoot in the rain!!!
Especially if I am walking down the street with someone I love!!!!!!!!

Did this plenty of times in my youth. Even played Frisbee in a paved parking lot dressed just as you described. Loved running through plush grass barefoot.
Unfortunately, just standing hurts more now than it did then, so I have to be conservative with my barefootedness. They won't let me into stores that way either. But I'd still rather go barefoot than wear sandals.

Wow, I love being barefoot too! I would walk around shoe-less all the time if I didn't live in New York (it's quite dirty here). I live around Manhattan, so it's not possible to be barefoot outside here constatly. I walk around without shoes in my apartment building and sometimes outside of it if only for a little while. I used to live in a suburb-y area and I'd walk around barefoot like ALL day. It's my way of being 'one with nature'. One with cement, really. I love feeling things, if not sharp and pointy, underneath my feet.
