You are posting on this site and asking if two well spoken people are the stupidest in the world (I bet both of them are smart enough to know that world isn't capitalized!)?
Have you SEEN some of the questions on here? People ask if they can get pregnant by kissing, people ask about how the space shuttle went to the moon, and people ask whether or not they're gay!
No, Bill O'Rielly and Rush Limbaugh may be two of the most opinionated people in the world, but their are far from the stupidest!

Rush and Bill aren't stupid. They are intellectually corrupt. I don't think either one really believes his own line of bull. They've both just made a lucrative business of pushing a particular party line, designed to control the public into thinking a certain way.
They're very smart guys. Don't turn your back on them, though, or you'll find your wallet missing along with the seat of your trousers, and the back half of your underwear. Limbaugh is known to be drug crazed, and O'Reilly sharpens his teeth every night with a #6 rat-tailed file.
Some posters here have submitted Bush and Cheney as the stupidest people in the world. Bush is no shining bulb, but he's far from the stupidest person around, and his intellectual deficiencies are made up for by Cheney and Rove, who are both quite brilliant in their own ways. They're also the guys that get most of the swag after Rush and O'Reilly finish depriving you of your wallet and underwear, so they're not only smart, but well financed.
If there is an "Axis of Evil" on Earth, it consists not of Iran, or North Korea or Syria, but of Bush, Cheney, O'Reilly and Limbaugh.

When you make comments about things that you have no personal knowledge of, you are risking the chance of making a fool out of yourself. Both of the gentlemen that you mention has a huge following and they make a ton of money. Neither would be the case if they were stupid.
In fact, despite Rush's cocky attitude, he is one of the brightest people around. I challenge you to listen for a solid week and see if you don't agree.

Yes there are others the people who listen to them and agree with them. They are all fools!! Especially Ann Coulter. If she EVER crosses my path she can expect a good ole' fashioned tar & feathering.

How stupid can they be ? Liberals fear the hell out of them . Anyone who's got liberals on the run , rates with the greats !
Rush has over 13 million listeners each week . People like the questioner ..need an ego boost , so they use his name in a derogatory sentence ..just to ride on his coat-tails anyway they possibly can .

It all an act, and they are both wealthy 'actors,' so they are not stupid at all. Much better than actually working for a living.
