If Sanjaya Malakar wins could Simon REALLY leave?

i would leave if i was simon cowell... american idol would go right down the drain, adn the show would never be taken seriously anymore :( and its a shame because i absolutely love the show, ive watched every episode since the beginning...

I don't think he will leave because there is to much money involved. I heard he gets a percentage of every cd that American Idol contestants sell. I think he was the one that started the show in America. If Sanjaya wins it will probably hurt the ratings so bad that the show won't be on next year.

I know that if I were Simon, i would deff leave if Sanjaya wins.
Just to know that America is voting for one of the worst and thinks its funny, it really just makes the show very pointless now...I mean sure it brings some good opportunities to alot of the finalists...but still, its just turning into a big joke now! *sigh*

I believe he would, if that happens. Besides, he has other Idol competitions going on around the world. Americans are really disgracing ourselves by acting in such a foolish manner. If Sanjaya wins, the victory will be brief, and then I highly doubt anything will manifest itself from there.

I want him to leave, because the show used to actually have people that can sing and make it in the music business granted the pop music business but still. And now all it has is random people who can't sing well and sound like they haven't even practiced before going on stage. How annoying would that be for someone who busted their but to be in the music business to have to sit through night after night? Half the time I want to throw something at the contestants on tv and Simon actually has to sit through the live preformance and semi-pretend to be supportive.
There's a reason most reality shows last only a few years, its because after the real talent all you have left is the category of "other".

Who knows for sure? It`s anybody`s guess.. But it really sucks to see people voted off every week that has more talent than Sanjaya!!!

The show doesn''t suck, and I would. Sanjaya sucks and I am frustrated with him already. If you hate the show thats great...I hate Sanjaya.
