I posted a question earlier about Muslims against liberalism. Several liberal users posted great answers, really great answers.
I was disappointed when I when to their profile page and they had no email link. I hate when that happens. I love to give out kudos and hate it when I can't.
Anyway, here's a public kudo to the liberal responders who took the time to give really good answers. It was a pleasure to read your thoughts.

The one that is rather annoying to me are the people who do not post or verify their email link, but don't think twice about sending email to others. I post my email link and I take the time to answer all who email me. Even if it is just to say "do not email me again", which I do occassionally with unnecessarily rude email comments.

I hope that I'm in that category, and let me just say I do think that it was a good question. I think the perception exists and I think it's a troublesome perception.
And it's refreshing to see some civility on here. :)
Edit: Ahh yes, and I don't post my e-mail here. I did that once. It wasn't fun. Heh.

i learned the hard way, by having a real profile for a while - one that had my real photo, the real town i lived in and everything else about me, including my real e-mail address.
if everyone out here had to have VERIFIABLE accounts, and not anonymous ones, then i would be happy to.
but why should i post my contact info so that people who would never have to be accountable for what they say to me can write to me - i don't see it...

I honestly would not trust the rightwingers who make violent threats. Some of them might act out their impulses if they tracked you down.
