The Sapphire plate, head to island six and use cut on the cave building there and enter. You'll need to fall down the holes in the correct order to reach the bottom (trial and error). At the bottom will be the sapphire plate, grab it and a rocket scientist will steal it from you and taunt you to come to island five and give you the second rocket password.

Head to island five with the two passwords you can now enter. Defeat all the rockets, and after beating the boss, head north and face the scientist from earlier, after you beat him he'll give you the sapphire plate.
