Is it really that hard to switch to Apple computers if you only know Windows? What are the pros/cons of Apple's OS

I just switched to a apple a few months ago. I thought it might be complicated, but its so much easier than windows. No more defraging, no more viruses, just plain easiness ! Apples are bliss.

you should try going to a apple store they have macs there then just see what interface you like better
