4 months and 3 weeks

It's 4 1/2 months. Here is how I have been able to calculate how many months I am. For example, on Wednesday, I turned 20 weeks. I just count back on weeks until I reach 0 weeks. For me, that is November 15. So, every 15th of the month, I turn one month. The calculation that you are 5 months next week, which you will only be 20 weeks, is based on EVERY month having 4 weeks, which are only 28 days. As we all know, only February has 28 days, and only 3 out of every four years. So obviously, at 20 weeks, you are not 5 months. If today you turned 19 weeks, going back on my calendar on every past Friday, you are exactly 4 months and 2 weeks tomorrow, that means that every 24th of the month, you will turn 1 more month. So, you start your monthly count from November 24th. (this is assuming you turned 19 weeks today, a Friday)
Doctors do what is called a "lunar calendar", which is vased on women being pregnant for 10 months (of only 4 weeks each month), rather than the 9 that we know. Take 40 weeks and calculate it by 4, thats 10 months. Also, I bet your due date is not on the 24 of August but rather on the 31 of August. Thats because again, it' not just 9 moths flat, it's 9 months and 1 week. It's really strange and I have no idea why it's done this way, but it is.
I hope I helped and didn't confuse you instead!
CONGRATS!!

P.S.
The idiots who say that you are an idiot for not thinking that "EVERY" month has 4 weeks are really not very smart at all since 4 weeks, divided by 7 days in each week is 28 days, and every month does not have 28 days. January, March,May, July, August, October and December have 31 days, and thats more than 4 weeks. All other months except for Feb., have 30 days which is also more than 4 weeks. You are not an idiot honey!!! They are the ones who obviously do not know their math!!

OH, I just LOVE how people try to tell you that YOU are the idiot and then proceed to give you wrong information!! One even said that there were 4 weeks in a month and 9 months in a pregnancy-- do the math that's only 36 weeks.

You are pregnant for 9 CALENDAR months, or more precisely 40 weeks (280 days).

If you're 19 weeks, that's 133 days, which is aproximately 4.43 months along so far. So you're LESS than 4 and a half months.

Some peopel try to act like, "Well DUH, pregnancies are measured in lunar months, everyone knows that."

NO, everyone does not "KNOW" that, or everyone would say its 10 months and we all know that is more universally understood to be 9 months. Lunar months are outdated, people.

almost 4 and a 1/2 months, depending on the months and how many days are in them.

MATH
4 weeks in a month
30 days in a month
19 Divided into 4= 4x5=20 so your around 41/2 months to 5 months pregnant
Hoped this helped and congratulations on the baby.
