Well, the windows on my monitor seem to be shifted to the right. Like the "X" button and scroll bar are not on the screen. Plus part of the time on the start bar isnt showing. I've tried adjusting it, but it still looks akward. I have a 17" flat screen monitor if the helps any.

Also its set at 800 x 600 res..or size. Whatever its called

Shift your screen about 60 degrees to the right, see how that works for ya

Try lowering the refresh rate of your video card.
