My favorite sandwich is:
Super crusty extra sour dough roll, lightly toasted.
Light mayonnaise on one side of the roll
Cranberry relish on the other
Smoked, thinly sliced turkey breast
Bermuda onions and fresh ripe mango.

how about perfectly toasted sour dough drenched with butter and then mayo, thinly sliced roast beef piled high covered with three slices of provolone or meunster (or both), three slices of fresh bacon, lettuce and tomato.

Mine is to sautee pastrami, put it between 2 slices of white hoagie, with wasabi mayo, and stick on a paninni grill....yummo
