The democrats are not going to end the war as long as the president is a republican and the republicans are not going to end it until Pat Robertson tells them Jesus wrote it in the bible that it is time for it to end. Why are they playing us like suckers? Is it because people are too preoccupied with finding out who gave Anna Nicole a baby?

First, I am NOT the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby and I'm tired of the accusations.
Secondly, who said this would be a war without death? Our military people are doing things over there. Darn good things... even though we seldom, if ever, see it on the evening news. Schools are being rebuilt, girls are even going to school! People are getting medical treatment... And for heaven's sakes, there is a young, growing democratic government forming there. Have you fogotten the people who voted there in a free election for the first time since????
I'll never forget the smile on the woman as she walked out of the voting booth with her ink-stained finger raised in the air. We are doing incredible things there. It's not just a numbers game of soldiers killed. Furthermore, it is the insurgency that is causing the problem there, not the United States goverment or our military. The people of Iraq want us and need us there. How would you like it if one of your friends turned their back on you when you needed them most? I pray for an end to this war several times a day. I don't want our fighting men and women to die... but I know those who do are giving their lives to the cause of freedom and democracy... and whether that's here in the U.S. or a half a world away, it's worth dying for.

Republicans want us to win in Iraq.
