The reality is that the person who your talking to could very well be a spy especially if they are friends as well. Remember parents can be very sneaky and there on the look out because they know what they have done themselves!

oh, im so sorry.. i think you need to talk to some older person you really trust. maybe a teacher? the police? you can always try the police.. I know this sounds stupid but try writing to Oprah or Tyra or whatever..but to be realistic, my best advice is to talk to a mentor.. and what are your interests? do you love dancing? singing? whatever? go and stay in school and do those things.. who knows you might be a real big Somebody. I hope your mom doesnt know about this question ur asking.. sounds to me she really needs counseling as well. btw, find yourself some REAL friends. don't feel down and dont kill yourself because of one person.. i believe you can get past this.. this is going to be a living testimony you can help people with. everything will be fine in the end so just believe it will.. I really think you must talk to a sage, someone wise and old and who probably went through what you went through.. Im Christian so if i was in your shoes, I would believe that God is in control and trust in Him.. if you're not, well, you might as well try if you want to.. with all due respect to the other people.. I hope this helps.. you'll get past this, i know you can! and go on with school.. try to make the best out of your situations...

no, that has never been the case. you see, I have four older siblings (three sisters and one brother) and a younger brother, who has autism:( my older sibling are all 10 or more years older than me, and they all moved out when I was young. the only ones that are close enough for me to see now are Leah, and Jeremy, not counting Wade. Lanna is in Scotland and Mo is in Wannatche.

Yes because siblings usually younger ones obey their parents. So they ask you for information and then they deliver it to the parents. If they ask you something not normal it could be the parents..... I suggest not giving info unless you really trust your sibling

I used to feel that way all the time. One day my sister told me she felt I was doing the same thing. It had never crossed my mind to do such a thing to her & we both realized that we were too into our own lives to be tattling on the other.

Just do your own thing and stay out of trouble. Then your sibling has nothing to tell, right?

Yeah...especially when you see them taking notes in a small spiral notebook that says "Keep Out!!! Unless You're Mom or Dad!"

Or carrying a tape recorder...

Or asking you questions about how mom and dad's parenting style makes you feel...

Or using evasive maneuvering exiting your bedroom while carrying a knapsack bulging in strange places...

Hmmm... I think I'm going to have to learn some counter-espionage tricks...

Yes, and it was true. It happens, parental pressure can be harsh, especially if the sibling has to live with them still. Be careful.

I'm the oldest of 4 boys and barely trust two of them, they have given me reasons. The third I don't even talk to any more. Not only is he a snitch he also falsely accused me of something, to my face and to my Dad. Washed my hands of that situation very quick.
