Sun-bathing question....?

Does anyone know how much time you would have to spend in the full sun to equal 30 minutes in a tanning bed???

3 to 1 ratio. In other words, you would have to spend 90 minutes in the unobstructed sun to equal 30 minutes in the tanning bed. However, you should use at least a sunscreen with SPF of 15 to block out the cancer causing UVB rays.

I' not sure but Make sure you use 15 sunscreen!!!
