Nope - as usual if you dont know the company or name and you have never dealt with anything of that kind its a scam

No. If you respond, they will want personal information suitable to commit identity theft, or if you are lucky, they will only want a finder's fee or "good faith" money to help you "claim" the "prize." If you are silly enough to send them money, don't ever expect to see them, or the money, again. There is no lottery prize. If you send them anything, YOU are THEIR prize!
