Actually that is incorrect.
There are at least two.
The Hummingbird &
Red-tailed tropicbirds of Kilauea Lighthouse Point in Kauai. Part of their mating ritual involves flying in loops while keeping their bodies facing the wind. About a third of this involves flying backwards.
