First, you ask that stupid question earlier about why the US doesn't respect international law. Now you're following it up with this?!
Where did you get this notion?
Muslims are treated like human beings here. I work with and have friends who are Muslim. I have no grievance with them at all. I treat them with the same respect I would anyone.
As far as I can tell, it's the liberals of the world who have an intolerance of anyone different from them, but yet the conservatives of the world are accused of being racists. Talk about hypocrisy.

What reality do you come from? I've served in the Navy with dozens of Muslims, and have had tea with Muslim Chaplains. We have celebrated people like Lewis Farrakhan and Malcolm X for their moral and social work promoting equality and understanding. Granted Mr. Farrakhan has been a bit militant, and even outright volatile in some of his remarks and speaches, but he is still a respected figure. Mohammed Ali, Kareem Abdul Jabar, and many other muslims are our sporting heroes. U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison, though a first for America marks a growing acceptance of Islam in our nation, on the governmental level.
I think you are talking out of your rear, and trying to sound enlightened, dear sir.

No one in the history of the world has ever treated muslims as well as America treats them.
Even to the point that the islamic fascist amongst them are allowed enough freedom that they could attack us from within.
The day of treating muslims like human beings is here today.
But I do understand your intention. All muslims are good muslims and the muslims that blow people up aren't really muslims right? And we hate all muslims because a few radicals that aren't really muslim are giving muslims a bad name.

You are out to lunch. 99% of all terroristic attacks in the world are perpetrated by islamic fascist. The countries of Syria and Iran are made up almost entirely of islamic fascists that practice terrorism on the innocent.

When muslims respect other people's beliefs and do NOT make Christian females cover their heads, they may earn the right to be treated like humans.
Until they stop the suicide bombings, terrorist plots against anyone who ISN'T Muslim, I don't believe they deserve our respect, but our FEAR instead.
That's a fact of life. Stop making it about the US government. Regular people are the ones being threatened, blown up and are afraid.

For me its about violent radicals. And it just so happens that most of the time when you hear about something that happened by some radical it happens to be that they were also a Muslim.
Other than that I really dont care if a person is Muslim. I know a few that are nice people.

Every religion goes through good and bad periods. The Catholics and Mormons have both been persecuted in the past. This does not justify mistreatment of any religion and is meant only as an example that every group goes through phases of acceptance and rejection. There is no doubt that this is a bad time for Moslems in the US but then again it is also a bad time for Christians and many Moslem countries. Perhaps some concern can also be expressed about that or is it not PC enough?

I don't dread anything, and US citizens who happen to be muslim have the same rights as I do. I do however see what is going on in the world. I will not back down to intimidation by the ACLU or anyone else. I will continue to report suspicious behavior when I see it, and I don't care if you're catholic, muslim, jew, black, white, or green for that matter.
