Where can I get a UK version of psp firmware v3.03?

I know that there is a post already up here somewhere but I tried the link (http://dl.qj.net/index.php?pg=12&fid=11844&catid=163) and it wont download. Can someone please send it to me or tell me where I can get it? Also, does the firmware have to be a UK version or are firmwares universal?

The firmware is usually region specific. But if you are not into using Homebrew you might want to get the latest update, 3.30 for UK - http://uk.playstation.com/help-support/psp/guides/detail/item54261/
