the conditioner is intended to soften the clothes and make them more comfortable to wear, it is added to the final rinse to do this, if you rinse the clothes again after adding the conditioner you will wash it out and deafeat the object of using it in the first place. leave the conditioner in the clothes. the conditioner also lenghtens the life of the clothes, provided it is allowed to stay in, but dont use it neat, that will rot them.

Fabric softner if put in the right cycle will rinse out in the right cycle. Most machines have 2 to 3 rinses. Make sure you put the softner in the right spot in the machine. Most machines have a small hole or compartment for it to go into. My machine at home it goes into the middle hole on the top of the adgitator. My bleach goes into the side hole in side my machine. Check the machine and see where it all goes. Detergent can be added right into the clothes. Make sure you use the proper amount. A small amount goes a long way

Fabric softener goes in the final rinse and does not need to be rinsed out. If you rinse again then you are just rinsing it right out and essentially throwing your money right down the drain. The softener needs to be in the clothes too make them soft and to lessen the occurrence of static electricity.

After the clothes are rinsed using liquid softener, you don't need to rinse again.
