It sounds as if you are washing whites and other colors of clothing in the same load. You need to check the tub before washing black things and make sure there is no lint in it. Always wash blacks separately.

If your using powdered detergent that will happen. It will leave white specks all over everything in the load especially it the load is too big. I suggest using Liquid detergent and not stuffing the machine to full. Clothes need space to move around so the detergent will disintegrate. I work in a laundry mat.

If you are washing your black clothes with other clothing, then it's probably lint. It could also be from using too much detergent or fabric softener. Try washing only the black clothes and see what happens, then make adjustments for detergent and softener.

It sounds like your machine has build up. Try using one cup of vinegar, it will remove the build up and slug from the machine. Follow it up with a load of whites and use bleach to make sure nothing gets stained. If you don't want to do this, get in touch with an Amway person. The laundry detergent keeps build up from happening and keeps your clothes newer longer.

Probably the detergent you are using or the amount you are using. Try another brand or try liquid if you are using granular. Also you may just be using too much and it is not being rinsed out.
