Contact the Oscar factory racing department. There may be a recall on that models rear fin. Or they may just need to be re-aligned. Or you may want to try no fin at all? Remember that as his speed increases the gyroscopic forces will increase helping him stay upright. This is difficult to do with your fins out of line. If you're swimming him hard you may want to increase % of coolant even up to 100%. Then you won't have to change the water as often.

He'll probably be dead soon. You should go to a pet store and buy a ph tester kit and make sure the water is good.

I have an Emmy that used to do that. I had his tires balanced and I adjusted his chain. There were no problems after that.
