It is easy to say "I love you". You need to show them by your actions. Do you listen when they are talking and encourage them to follow their dreams? Are you there when they have a bad day and are you willing to be that shoulder they cry on?
I had guys saying they loved me after dating for 2 weeks, I didn't believe them, it takes a good 6 months to a year to really know someone well enough to decide if you love them.

The people I say it to always believe me because they know it's the truth. My way of speaking it as well as my actions toward them let them know it's real.
