Natural ways or meds I can buy would be nice. I get them sometimes when I wear long jons under my clothes. I know this question is aquard but, I was just wondering what other people use besides myself.

Monistat is over the counter. Try to not wear the long johns, your area needs to breath so you can prevent the nasty yeast infections. Also, wear comfortable cotton underwear.

Either eat lots of yogurt or get some acidophillus tablets. You don't need a prescription and they're cheaper than Monistat.

What the others said & my sister had frequent yeast infections the doctor told her yougurt & acidopholis milk it worked for her.

you can purchase things like monastate.....they are in your pharamcy deptartment 9most of the time by the condoms). These are self aplicated like tampons. Also there are some meds you can get, however i've only got them through a prescription.
