When tired, different individuals show different tendencies or even characters for seeking a relief. Perhaps it has something do with the uniqueness of our individuality. As I see it, there are always striking differences when we opt for relief. But why so ?

I like to take showers....I don't know why, but it refreshes me. The reason we seek different ways to not feel tired is because there are different types of tiredness....like just tired from work, tired from being awake to long, tired from stress and others so there are different reliefs. Also, people are meant to be different so there are different ways of doing things.

Lie down...and if my eyes close...and if I want to just stay in that position and don't even feel like I hv the energy to move myself an inch .. then it must mean I am extremely tired and I just need sleep. When I am very tired, I don't want to talk on the phone, or read anything, or even sit up doing something...because that all does take some effort and attention.

First, hot bath. Put relaxing aromatherapy oil in the water. Then hot drink with light reading. At last, of course, sleep. I can't directly go to bed when I am tired. Otherwise I will not be able to sleep at all. I got to make sure that I am clean and warm before sleeping.

When I'm tired, I really just want to sleep but sometimes I get depressed if I'm really tired and can't go to sleep. I don't know why. I love to sleep. I love to dream. I hate waking up unless I know it's gonna be a good day and something good is in store for me.

Different people relax in different ways. When I;m really tired I like to lay down with a good book or a good movie and just let my brain and body rest.

I, myself don't like going to sleep. I fight it and fight the sleepy eyes. but I have a reason that I think causes me to do this, and it has to do with some things that happened to my children while I was sleeping. so even though it isn't happening anymore. Sub consciously I tend to not want to sleep for it may happen again, while sleeping.
I hate to sleep, it wastes so much time, in a way, and bad things happen while sleeping. or they did anyways.. not no more.

I WANT A HOT BUBBLE BATH, SOME APPLE TEA WITH LOTS OF MILK AND SUGAR AND A GOOD BOOK AND TO FALL ASLEEP IN MY WARM AND COZY BED. I CAN'T WAIT TO GET HOME TODAY BECAUSE THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I'M GOING TO DO. AND THEN WHEN I WAKE UP, AT 10:00 OR WHENEVER, I'LL HAVE SOME OF THE DINNER THAT MY BOYFRIEND HAS MADE.

Settle down with a glass of beer with the feet up, ready for a nice body-massage followed by a nice hot bath.
