Working in construction I have had the same situation happen to me many times.
Unfortunately nothing will take it off, except time. There are no solvents that work once it dries. It never comes off clothing. It is sticky stuff.
Get as much off as you can by abrasive (mechanic's) soap and scraping. A very fine sandpaper will also help without hurting your skin. Your natural oils will cause it to slowly lose its grip gradually over a weeks time. Abundant use of hand cream helps.
Next time remember to use rubber gloves and never wear clothing you are fond of.

Try the Wal Mart brand carburetor cleaner ($1.20 a can).. Spray on a paper towel then try removing the filler with it. Would not use too much as could cause skin irritation immediately wash with soap and water.

First time I used it I got it all over my hands too. couldn't get it off - had to pick it all off (was rather cool if you like scabs!)
After that I put a thin layer of Vaseline on my hands before using the foam. Any foam on my hands wouldn't stick then. Alternatively use rubber latex gloves.

If it's the filler I'm thinking it is, then you can get a cleaner probably from the same store you bought the foam

Nail polish remover -- if it doesn't work nothing will. Always use latex disposable gloves, old clothes and shoes when using the amazing filler--ghost farts is what my kids used to call it.

I did this too and tried gasoline, diesel fuel, acetone, lighter fluid and good old soap and water. Nothing took it off. I rubbed some sand on my hands and they were less sticky and it wore off in a few days.

Now you know why most of these fillers come with a plastic glove in the cap.

You can buy a can of 'Gun cleaner' for foam guns, it works better before it sets, but should remove most of it. Also some hand wipes(wonder wipes)remove it as well. Best to use latex gloves when using it.
