McDonalds, Wendy's, and Burger King all are high in fat and everyone knows it. But the question is has it affected the sales of their food?

Well...there are still tons of people who eat high-fat fast food. None of those companies you mentioned are going out of business anytime soon...

...however, the trend toward healthier eating has forced fast-food companies to accomodate these customers. McDonalds has rolled out premium salads. Wendys allows people to substitute side salads or a baked potato instead of french fries in value meals.

Sales aren't down by all that much. People still jam the drive-thrus at lunch hour. But now, the healthier eaters at least have an option or two...the lesser of the evils.

Probably very little. The majority of patrons don't care about the fat content, those who do probably didn't eat there much before anyway, if at all, and the ones in the middle have caused some of the outlets to have better ways to prepare the food or offered low fat choices for those people.

It has not affected the sales but more whats being sold

sure they are known for having high calorie and fat foods but lately alot of the fast food chains have been claiming to add "healthy" choices like salads and yogurts.

If you want healthy options stay out of the fast food chains. If you want a healthy taco go to real restaurant where chefs actually prepare fresh ingredients. Fast food chains by design are NOT healthy alternatives, they are cheap, fast and easy alternatives and you can't have both. If you want to put your "feet forward" point them towards the door and never walk into another fast food chain. EVER.
