I wouldn't just cause the chance of falling off or something (I'm very paranoid)... but the vibrations aren't going to do anything bad to the baby whatsoever.

Your balance isn't affected until you begin to show. The vibrations won't hurt a healthy, implanted fetus. However, if there were an accident, you could lose the baby.
I have never been a fan of treating expectant mothers as if they were made of glass. I did the same things while I was pregnant with all three of mine that I did before I got pregnant. Nature provides the baby with all the protection it needs while the mother goes through her regular life.
Theres no reason not to ride a motorbike as long as you are not in the later and larger stage of pregnancy and you are VERY careful. I wouldn't go speeding down the road at 50 MPH, but a slow ride on side streets should be ok for now.

I'm a fellow motorcycle rider, and I will tell you why I have made the choice not to ride my motorcycle while I'm pregnant.
1) The baby can't wear a helmet - there's not very much protection between my stomach and the baby's soft skull if I were to fall.
2) My center of gravity is changing every day - as my stomach grows, my center of gravity changes, and that means my understanding of how much to lean for a turn is going to be wrong.
3) Queasiness and dizzy and faint spells - Pregnancy has given me nausea and a some serious dizzy spells. I do not want to be on a motorcycle when those hit.
I take motorcycle safety very seriously (I've been in my big free-way accident and was lucky to walk away with bruises). You NEVER want to over-ride your physical abilities, and there are just too many opportunities in pregnancy to do that. It has nothing to do with vibrations, it just has everything to do with keeping you and your baby safe.
P.S. - I know it's hard to resist when it's so lovely outside, and the road just seems to be calling your name, but I know it will be worth it.

The vibrations won't harm the baby at all, but I wouldn't ride a motorbike because there is always a chance that you can fall off.

Physically yes of course. The vibrations wont do you any harm but maybe the contact with the road would be a worry if you fell off. Any how long will the leathers fit? Good Luck - hope you have a lovely baby - fit a sidecar!

The vibrations aren't going to do anything! No need to worry about that. You've got more chance of falling off - now that would be bad news.

The vibrations won't abort or hurt the child as people thought in the past.

Not a good idea. It isnt the vibrations it is the chance that you may crash. Better to stay off of it for now.
