It's not nonsense, but it is so difficult to figure out why it happens to us! Just today my husband and I had a visitor and I had the extraordinary feeling: "I have known this person before!" I don't buy the idea that this is just a glitch in the brain.

I was told by 2 friends, 1was a Karate Teacher and the other a Native Healer (both had similar answers, this is the brief one) that it is your spirit travelling back and forth in time taking you to the place's you will be if you follow the "Right" path. Usually happens at night when you are asleep freeing your "Spirit" (sub conscious) to travel. Returning you befor morning.

I get Deja Vu all the time, usually everyday things, but I had one yrs ago about being with my current boyfriend, and we hadn't even met yet. We are blissfully happy together, always having fun, laughing and loving. I guess I'm on the "Right" path.

Scary part, Karate guy and I did some meditation together one day, he forgot to "ground" me when we were done, guess my travels that night were notice by someone else, because he woke me up saying I was shaking my head so fast he thought it was spinning. We figure some other spirit noticed I was "away" and took over my body. Freaky Part, this spirit told him I didn't love him, he asked me to move out not long after, then I had the Dream/Deja Vu about my current beau. Coincidence?

Yes I do believe in it only being it happens so much to me! lol. I was standing in my kitchen talking to my sister. All of a sudden I stopped because I had literally a vision, (if thats possible) of seeing it happend before it actually did. We were wearing the same clothes (that I had saw), new clothes I might add that we had just bought the day before and the conversation of a whole new topic my sister and I have never discussed. I froze interrupting our conversation. Sayin, wow I just had deja vu. As if it had happend before, knowing well off it hadnt. I could go on about all the deja vu I have had, but you would get tired of reading all of it. Then again I have visions of things that I see before they happen. Psychic?? Xx

That black cat that you saw....then saw Again,..Was it the EXACT same one? or was it one that was Similar to it???
a "DeJa Vu" is a Computer Glitch,...That is what usually happens when,..They have Changed something!
They Know that we're here! We've got to gets ta Moving!
That was from "The Matrix"
Another Good example is: When you see somebody,...but youve seen em somewhere Before(but u just cant seem to put a finger on it!) Like in that movie: New Jack City
The Light skinned dude saw the "Rasta-dude" played by Ice-T
and said "Yo,I've SEEN that dude from Somewhere"(He Really Actually DID,..But he couldnt remember exactly When and Where) The 1st time that he had seen him,..was when Ice-T had shot that Crackhead(Pookie) on the Bike(and the Cashmoney went flyin all over the place...)Remember?
Remember when Rasta-dude was gonna make that transaction with Nino Brown &then the Lightskinned Dude
remembered that Rasta-dude was that Very Same Cop,..Who had shot Pookie 6 months ago((When Rasta dude STOOPED down+ and He had THE SUITCASE in his Hand) That refreshed his Memory!

Personally, I get 'Deja Vu's from time to time. You feel ad if you have already lived (or gone through) the situation you are currently. For example, you are walking down the street, and you see a lady in a white hat, passing in front of a red maple tree, suddenly you have a flashback of the same scene, as if you've already seen it.

i believe in it as it happens to me, it tends to happen was every few months.
and it feels like you have worped into something which has already happened
......and you can tell whats gonna happen throughout the whole deja vu experince, down to what what the people you are with are going to say, do and how they move...its quite a weird feeling actually and lasts for as long as you deja vu memory finishes
has it never happened to you before?
it has happened to everyone i know.

Deja Vu can be explained by psychology. Its not a supernatural thing.

I forgot the exact explanation but sometimes, your brain lapses for like a second or something like that so you think something is happening all over again when the truth is, your brain just lapsed for a second making you think you've seen something before -- which you did but its not happening all over again. you're just remembering what you saw about a second ago.

Ah I suck at explaining.

Yeah! It mostly happens to me when I'm in a social situation and I'm not unknown to shouting out 'Deja Vu!' when someone is telling the group about their latest purchases.
