I just got married this february and got pregant that same month. I also got a new job this january before my wedding.
Now, my pregnancy seems to disturb every body that i'm also gonna lose my job.
Reason, i spite a lot. i can't swallow my saliva and though my tommy is still flat, every body knows i'm pregnant.
What do i do to stop spiting in order not to lose my job cos i'm sick of my self.

the doctor said the spiting has to do with my pregnancy that with time, it will go away but i need a solution cos i'm shy of going to the doctor all the time to complain, i also don't like the fact that I'm spiting, i need a solution fast to stop this habit.

you don't have to complain bitterly sweet, its normal to spite while pregnant. its a symptom of pregnancy but while the pregnancy advance, it will go away. you can chew gum for the main time or eat salty biscuits or peppered food. you'll be fine with time.

I have never heard of spitting as a side effect of pregnancy. Go to the doctor and see why you have so much saliva. This is very odd, you cant lose your job because you are pregnant but spitting on people is gross and unsanitary they may have a case there.

It deppends on where you work, starting from Country, city, local laws, national laws, etc. you can't be fired if you are pregnant, well, at least not in the states, canada, or mexico, you would go on a maternity leave and go back to your same job after several months.

Loosing your job because your pregnant. NO WAY. Its Called FMLA..... Family medical leave act. They cant fire you just because your pregnant. You worked there before you were pregnant, so they can not fire you....... As for the spiting, im not sure.... But they can not fire you for that!!! So work your butt off so they dont have a reason to fire you.

No u can't get fired becasue of that! how dumb! they will let u work for sertain amount of time and then give u a maternity leave for 6 weeks! and u can go back to work when u are ready!

That's very strange....I wouldn't be upset about it unless you were spitting where ever you wanted to. I would go to the doctor about it or talk with your boss about why it's difficult for you.
