While all the comments and responses are pretty accurate, your breasts may be built differently... everyone's different!
Cleavage isn't something super cool, it just happens for some people. yes, go try on a couple of different bras, or even some tight fitting cammys with built in bras.
There are also inserts you can buy at nearly any womens department store that resemble the feel of real breasts and are easy to slip into any bra (on the underside) for a more volumtuous look with movement that looks natual when you walk instead of just sitting there as some padding may.
I was not blessed with the endowement that I currently have until I graduated high school. so you and I were on the same level. V-Necks are extremely flatering and whether you have the defines cleavage "crease" or not, there is still a wonderful view and accentuation of what you are sporting underneath.

There is no such thing as automatic clevege unless you are one of those 42 natural D busted girls, and most of us are not. You gotta create clevege. Try a slightly padded push up bra. You're not giving the illusion you have more, you are just pushing them up and putting them right in the window for people to see lol. I have a 38C chest and I do not have clevege, the right bra however will show off what I have.

You need a push up bra with a correct way of wearing them. first bend over and fit your breast into the cup and clasp the bra. DO NOT make any adjustments yet. with your right hand, push(or in direction sense, pull) those extra flabs from your left underarm and into the left cup. do likewise for the right underarm. then push the flabs from your back and into the cup (in the same sense as the underarm flabs) and finally, push up from below the bra(your rib cage area) and into the cup. then now you can make adjustments to the strap and make sure they fit nicely.
if your top doesnt really allow you to be wearing a bra and yet you really need that cleavage, another really cheap tips for you. MASKING TAPES! but that would really need skills and i cant tell you exactly how to do it. but i've heard this tip from the artistes in my country.

No. You aren't big breasted so you shouldn't have cleavage. Buy a push up bra at Victoria's Secret to achieve that.

I too am a 34B. I have several different style bras, for each one serves a different purpose. Try different bras with each stlye top you wear. Bra styles emphasize with each top.
I purchase mine from several stores and have several brand labels. Treat your bra shopping just like your shopping for a top, see what works together.

Invest in a push-up underwire bra with padding preferably in the lower half of the cup. It will lift you and give the desired effect!

Cleavage doent just come by the size of your breast, it also depends on the type of bra as well.
