*grin* What an interesting question!
Now, how to answer. Most of the craziest things involve other bodies as well...and I'd rather not be violated today, so...
...I can dislocate both shoulders, have the most limber neck of anyone I've known (as in the "Walk Like an Egyptian" move, but moreso, and with full 360-degree movement), have double-jointed fingers, waggle both eyebrows independently of one another, spin eyes such that other people get dizzy looking at it, play music (two full octaves) with my mouth by flicking my finger against my cheek, lift my foot up behind my head (on good days)...but the absolute *craziest* thing I can do with my body is...

Hmm... Let's see... I am one of the clumsiest people I know... but I am very flexible. I can do the splits and the splats... I can turn my leg out to the side, bend my knee down, and then touch my toe to my navel. I can sit like a W and then lie flat on my back.
My thumbs are odd... 'double jointed' some would say. My fingers are nimble... many years playing woodwinds and guitar. That's all the oddities I can think of... for some reason I figured there'd be more!

i have talented toes. If I am walking barefoot I can pick things up, like coins while I walk by. I can grab a pen just using my feet and sign my name. With my long arms I might be part ape

20 years ago I could bend my whole body backward and touch the floor with my hands.Does that count ?

i can hold my hands together behind me and then bring them over my head to the front of me. people find it creepy.

i can flip eyelids inside out it really freaks my sister out and my Mom can dislocate her thumb
