Clerks is awesome! You can never go wrong with liking any Kevin Smith movies... well most of them anyways.
As far as the character I like the best.... Randal. He's just so outspoken and lazy. What we all strive to be.

Randal and Jay are the funneist cats in those two movies. I think the second one is better than the first one. when Randal rags on the Lord of The Rings nerd until he throws up it is pure cinematic poetry.

Yes, Clerks is a great witty comedy. MY fav character would have to be Silent Bob because he's a cool kick butt dude.

clerks is a great movie! randal was my fave, because he has such a laid back attitude
HOWEVER!
avoid the movie clerks 2 - it has some funny spots, but on the whole, it's not nearly as good as the first one
