could say nothing, because I do everything perfect!
But I once had a bit of road rage. I started racing a car that was pushing me from behind so I gave it all.
Nothing bad happened and in fact a positive thing came out of this road rage, I never did it again, and you can sit on my bumper for miles now and I choose to be in control.
When I was a school boy we broke into a canoe club and took some canoes for a paddle. We all ended up at the police station, I felt guilty for wasting every ones time but not about the canoe club.

I sometimes feel guilty when I consider how much better of a person I could be, how much more I could do to improve myself, how much less time I could waste.
I often use this guilt to stimulate me into action, so I don't really mind it.
Strangely enough, I feel no guilt whatsoever when I start arguments with my parents; I actually feel kind of like a righteous crusader or martyr. I kind of wish I felt guilty for how I act at home, I am so bad compared to what I am in public or among friends!

If I could have done something to prevent a disaster from happening but I haven't done it, I would feel guilty. If I have known someone's innocent but I haven't the courage to stand up for him, I would also feel guilty. If I have deprived of another person's opportunity to achieve something good, I would also feel guilty.

When I don't feel guilty for something I should feel guilty for. That's when I feel guilty for my feelings, not the action itself.

Nothing can MAKE a person feel anything. This is why people are so varied - what affects you deeply might not affect me at all, and what affects you when you're in one mind-state may likewise not affect you at all when you're in a different mind-state.
So the question becomes: who is in control of your mind-states? If it's not you, do you even exist? If your environment is controlling you, doesn't that make you just an extention of it? A puppet?
Take charge. Be in control. A creator, not a victim.

nothing makes me feel guilty.. never felt guilty in my whole life ..cos i don't look back and question or judge my self for the decisions i made in the pass . that is for people who was not sure when they are committing them selves and acting on impulse or half hearted or not fully committed to their actions ..

Lying to others, forgetting to do something I told someone I would do for them, having negative feelings for someone else out of jealousy.... playing on Yahoo Answers at work, the list is long.
