100% Good and 100% Effective.
Homeopathy is the only way of medication which cures and by cures I mean CURES totally without any side effects and complications, that's curing treating something and giving you another ailment or disorder is not curing or healing. The pharmaceutical industry is there to sell you medicines not to cure you, they have got nothing to gain from curing you and everything to gain by selling you medicines which can make you sicker then you were before taking them to cure a simple case of common flu. For me Homeopathy is the only way of medication, being a second generation Homeopath my mother is a Homeopathic Physician too, and I grew up with Homeopathic medicine and all my life I have seen people getting cured with Homeopathic Medicine from ailments as minor as flu and as serious as Leukemia. How can I deny all that evidence which I have seen happening in front of my eyes all my life, Can you ?

Take Care and God Bless !

Homeopathic medicine should not be confused with natural or herbal medicine, it is much more specific. Homeopathic remedies are prepared by taking small quantities of ingredients and diluting them over and over until as little as one molecule or zero molecules of the original substance remain. The main benefit of homeopathy is that people claim there are no side effects. I believe this is true because there are no effects whatsoever of taking, for example, one molecule of sand. (I saw a homeopathic doctor once who actually prescribed this - "silicea"). The "stronger" the homeopathic remedy, the more times it has been diluted. Homeopathy is fairly similar to witchcraft in that there is a very specific somewhat magical procedure for creating the medicine, a lot like casting a spell, but with no scientific reason to believe the medicine should actually do anything. I am not saying that spells cannot work for some people, but it is not a scientific process. Modern medicine uses plenty of natural chemicals as well as synthetic, however in the interest of purification and cost they often switch to synthetic over time. Additionally the drug companies are more interested in synthetic chemicals which they can patent in order to keep costs unnecessarily high. Natural and herbal medicines can and should still be used when there is scientific evidence that they work and are safe. Again, don't confuse this with homeopathy.

My vote is always for Homeopathic Medicine, Nothing works like Homeopathy. You have to try them to know how truly wonderful they are. I am not a doctor or a physician just someone who has found immense relief with homeopathic medicine.

Best of Health !

I think it's excellent. Possibly there is an element of the placebo effect, but with my own experience, especially with Bach Flower Remedies, I feel they did the job all on their own! I definitely agree with the other answer - a mixture of conventional and homeopathic is the best choice.

I know some homeopathic medicines do have great effects but I tend to proceed with caution because there are one too many quacks out there.

Yes, it is very effective in competent hands. But that is the big question, since too many people claim that they are homeopaths and dish out poor prescriptions and get people into trouble.

There's room for homeopathic medicines, and there is room for conventional medicines.

I use both.

A bunch of amatuers who like to play doctor? I can't say anything at all good about them or the so-called "medicine" they peddle. The first thing they'll do is try to convince their "patients" that they don't need to see a real doctor (in fact, many will try and convince their client that true doctors are nothing more than pill-pushers and only out for money). Then they proceed to misdiagnose the problem (hey, they don't trust scientific medicine, so why would they bother with peer-reviewed studies of symptoms... or even testing?). Fortunately, most problems with the human body will clear themselves up if left alone... but when a simple cough is misdiagnosed as pnemonia, and this simple cough clears itself up... it's the "remedy" that gets the credit. The unfortunate part is when someone has something that WON'T go away on its own (cancer, for example). These fruits will play doctor with THAT, too--and waste valuble time that the patient should be using to get professional medical help.

One way to spot a fake is their tendancy to promise positive results in all cases. Since respectable doctors are honest with a person's odds (and these odds often include the chance of the patient's death), desperate people tend to favor the quacks, who promise roses and world peace. It's sickening. These people--by preventing a person from seeking medical help, and by attempting to strip away confidence in scientific medicine--are killers. Murderers. That's as simple as it gets. All to feed a need to feel important.

Yes, and yes.

As with anything though, it's only as good as the person administering it. Just as you can find quacks in the medical field, they're in the holistic field too.

But, when you find someone reputable/with a track record/competent/whatever, it's definitely the way to go!
