Yes, of course. But that doesn't mean there are no consequenses for what someone says. I know I've faced consequences for stupid things I've said.

You don't have the RIGHT to free speech, you have the PRIVILEGE of free speech. The only RIGHT a person has that can not be taken away against their will is the RIGHT to die. Everything else people consider RIGHTS can be taken away by anyone at any time, therefore they are privileges.

All Americans have the right to free speech no matter how ignorant or hate filled it may be. In this day,and age the supremists are a huge minority because we in America are tired of hate speech,and know how to shut it off when we don't want to hear it.

Even though I am an Anti-Racist, I believe that they have the right to free speech.

However, when they start to advocate violence, genocide, or race war, that crosses the line of free speech.

Everyone has the right to free speech, but if you don't use it wisely you will end up without an audience.
And then that 'right' becomes useless.

If we are going to follow our constitution to the letter, yes, they do. It does not mean, however that we have to listen to them speak or read what they write. We are given free will and a mind. It is up to us to use both and sift through all the BS out there and decide for ourselves what we believe in and take part in. Choose wisely!

The right to free speech does not discriminate who gets it. So you can indiscriminately use free speech to discriminate.
