Any combination of stamps that add up to 84c is fine for a letter weighing no more than one ounce to anywhere in the world. But rates are going up soon, so if you are reading this after May 2007, go to http://www.usps.com (or any post office) and find out the current rate.

Just take your letter to the post office. They will weigh it and tell you how much postage it needs.

Otherwise check out the Post Service website. They may have that information there.
