When I flush the toilet I get a loud vibrating sound from the pipes a few seconds after the toilet stops filling back up. At first it was only one of the toilets now its both. I live in a single level home and both the toilets are on the same line. I am not connected to city sewer so I have a septic tank. Any suggestions would help.

Allen is correct. This link describes what is happening. If you can't get to the pipes to find out where they need anchoring you will have to install an air chamber to absorb the shock. This is usually a section of pipe above the water line that is filled with air. The air compresses to absorb the shock.

I would say it is the fill-valve(s). Remove the toilet tank cover and flush. See if you can tell if the noise is coming from the valve (where the water enters the tank on the inside)

I think this is water hammer-the immediate stop of water flow jolts the supply piping-if you can-access the pipe line and clamp it to wood using screws or nails-the old straps have probably worked loose

Proper exhaust to septic tank could be clogged!
