I'm a bartender at a local bar and someone came in with an arizona drivers licence and it didn't have any UV markings on it.... I didn't let them in but they insisted it was real... Is there any UV markings on it and if there is.. then what are they? Thanks!

My license has a reflective like film on top of it that says "Grand Canyon State" written in a gold color.

The older licenses don't have the markings or the swipe line on the back. Those licenses are still valid since they made them when the expiry went to 40 years and there was no requirement to go get it replaced with the new type. There is a checker a the grocery that tries to swipe my license through the debit machine everytime I show it. I keep explaining it does not work on this type but he just doesn't get it. I would say ask whoever is in charge of your establishment for a decision on the matter. Fact is, the new licenses are hard to fake so your establishment may have a rule requiring that type that can be verified with UV. If patrons have issues, they can take a day to go to the DMV and get an updated card. Let your boss make the call because if one gets by and that person causes an accident AZ law lets them come back on the bar for it and possibly you if the ID was fake.

It could be that the license isn't digital. In NJ, people still have non digital licenses and even licenses that don't have any photo on them.
Just don't be snide. My boyfriend and I went to Portland Oregon, someone thought his license was fake, and he was quite pissed.
