Its ok to shave your own, if thats what you are asking. Its not ok to shave another guys however.
Don't Bic either, use a beard and sideburn trimmer.

Why should it be wrong? I shaved mine just last week, and I've been feeling cool and clean ever since. Give it a go and see how it feels. If you don't like it, you'll only have to wait a month or two before the hair grows back.

Morally wrong? No--it's your hair and you can do as you like with it.

But it is freaky looking and very unsanitary. When you shave there, air doesn't circulate as well, which is bad for your skin. You get zits, bumps, rashes, and even various fungal or bacterial infections, some of which make your groin stink really bad. Hair is part of nature's grand design, and it looks manly and HOT. But if you want to look like a sexless 12-year-old, that's your right. Just get used to teasing if you let anyone see it.

I shave mine. Only problem that I can see is it gets itchy, but most chicks really like it. Go Slowly.
