Since I don't know where you are from - I can almost assure you that any KFC outside of an Islamic country would not be following an halal law for slaughtering their chickens.

No it's not! because it's not a muslim country....There are a few Brown's chicken and Kfc's owned by Muslim owners that advertise for Muslims that their stuff is Halal. Otherwise if It doesn't say Halal its not halal.
