You need to reformat your hard disk and reinstall the software. Hopefully you have backed up important data files.

their is only one way i know of to erase a password on a computer, first of all you need to know is how to open your computer up, the rest is fairly easy, ok first you open your computer up after you do that DO NOT TOUCH the motherboard(big flat green or whatever color board with a whole bunch of doohikys on it, as well as a bunch of wires) if you touch the flat board in their you will fry it and youll basically ruin the whole computer, once youve opened it up look for a plastic doohicy that's sticking up on the board and says in probably white letters"PSWD" once you find it pull it right of the motherboard without touching anything else, dont lose it cause youll need it later, then close the computer up again and boot it up(turn it on) once at the login screen you turn the computer off again, and open it up agian(dont try to make another password yet because it wont be able to save it) put the little plastic doohicy back on the two pin connector listed "PSWD" close up the computer again, turn it on and you should be able to get on without having to use a password, and you should be able to make a new one, if you have a static wriststrap you could then use that and you would then be able to touch anything in the computer without a problem, if you have any other questions, i might be able to help just e-mail me at jstnveneman@yahoo.com(im a little slow at checking my e-mail sometimes)

you can not a chance to recover yours admin. password.
you can reinstall the operating systems and you forget your
data on the first partition.(on the second partition may be usable).
I recommend to performe this operation with a tech. support expert.
